浆料配方对涤棉品种织机效率和退浆率的影响

摘　　要：探讨不同浆料配方对涤棉品种织机效率和退浆性能的影响。设计了7种不同规格的织物,分别采用不同PVA含量、蜡片用量上浆,以上浆率、增强率、织机效率和退浆率等指标参数评价浆纱品质和退浆效率。结果表明:PVA含量越高,织机效率有所提高,而退浆率有所降低;蜡片用量越高,退浆率越低,但一定范围内蜡片用量对织机效率无显著影响。The influences of different sizing instruction on the loom efficiency and desizing rate of polyester cot⁃ton variety were discussed.Seven kinds of fabrics with different specifications were designed and sized with different PVA contents and wax dosage.The sizing quality and desizing rate were evaluated with indexes like sizing percent⁃age,strength increasing rate,loom efficiency and desizing rate and so on.The results showed that the loom efficiency was increased and the desizing rate was decreased when PVA content was higher.When wax dosage was higher,the desizing rate was lower,however,wax dosage had no significant influence on the loom efficiency in a certain range.
