摘　　要：总结一款超轻薄家纺面料的开发技术。以JC 4.9 tex集聚纱为经纬纱,开发了一款经纬密均为984根/10 cm、幅宽300 cm的超轻薄家纺面料。介绍了经纬纱质量指标及织物规格;优选原料,保证经纬纱质量指标;在整经、浆纱和织造工序中,优选工艺参数,采取了一系列针对性的技术措施,最终保证了产品顺利生产,织机效率达68.3%,下机一等品率89.5%。认为:开发的产品轻薄透气,是做家纺羽绒被面料的佳品。The development technology of a super light home textile fabric was summarized.JC 4.9 tex con⁃densed yarn was selected as warp and weft.A super light home textile fabric with both warp and weft density 984 counts/10 cm and 300 cm width were developed.The quality indexes of warp&weft and the fabric specification were introduced.The raw material was optimized to ensure the quality indexes of warp and weft.During warping,siz⁃ing and weaving processes,the process parameters were optimized.A series of specific technology measures were ad⁃opted.Finally,successful production of the product was guaranteed.The loom efficiency was up to 68.3%.The firstgrade percentage before cloth repairing was 89.5%.It is considered that the developed product is light and breathable.It is the best option for down quilt fabric.
