精梳棉涤纶混纺套染纱的生产实践

摘　　要：探讨精梳棉涤纶非等比例混纺套染纱的生产技术要点。介绍了AB套染纱的特点和质量控制要求,在实践中通过优选原料,优化纺纱工艺流程和各工序工艺参数,控制好半制品重量不匀率,加强细纱工艺与专件配套以及精细化操作运转管理。认为:这些工艺技术及管理措施,确保了精梳棉涤纶混纺套染纱能够达到成纱质量好、布面疵点少、无横档的品质指标和布面实物指标要求。Production technology key points of combed cotton polyester blended over dyeing yarn were discussed.Characteristics and quality control requirements of AB over dyeing yarns were introduced.In practice,raw materials,spinning process and process parameters were optimized,weight unevenness of semi-products was better controlled.Spinning process,special parts matching and fine operation management were strengthed.It is considered that through these process technologies and management measures,the combed cotton polyester blended over dyeing yarn can meet requirements of better yarn quality,fewer fabric defects,no cross bar quality and physical fabric indicators.
