摘 要:探讨腈纶、天莲纤维、不锈钢纤维采用不同比例混纺开发防静电纱的要点。针对腈纶服装静电严重的现象,采用不锈钢纤维进行混纺;结合天莲纤维的功能,开发一种新型防静电纱。对不同混纺比例的不锈钢纤维设计了混纺工艺流程,优化了各纺纱工序工艺参数,并采用电荷表面密度法对所织织物进行了防静电性能的测试。结果表明:所设计生产的4种同号数不同不锈钢纤维含量的混纺纱,其织物均可满足防静电性能要求。认为:选用不锈钢纤维含量为5%的混纺纱,既能保证防静电性能,又能保证织物舒适性。Key points of developing antistatic yarn by blending acrylic,lotus fiber and stainless steel fiber with different blending ratio were discussed.In view of serious static electricity phenomenon of acrylic clothing,stainless steel fiber was used as blending fiber.A new type of antistatic yarn was developed in combination with health care function of lotus fiber.Blending process was designed for stainless steel fiber with different blending ratios,parame⁃ters of each spinning process were optimized and antistatic property of the woven fabric was tested by charge surface density method.The results showed that the designed and produced four kinds of blended yarns with the same yarn count and different stainless steel fiber content can meet fabric antistatic property requirements.It is considered that blended yarn with stainless steel fiber content of 5%can ensure both antistatic properties and fabric comfort.
