摘　　要：探讨细纱机长车的应用效果和保养方法。分析了细纱机长车的结构特点,阐述了其主控制部分、集体自动落纱部分的日常使用维护保养及细纱机长车的精细化管理。指出:良好的设备状态是保证纺纱的基础,要按照细纱机长车的特点,做好维护保养、器材的选用、自动落纱的使用。认为:随着细纱机逐步向自动化、智能化等方面发展,应建立一套适合细纱机长车的保养模式,对主控制部分、自动落纱系统应进行重点管控,来发挥细纱机长车高速、高效、高产的作用,减轻工人的劳动强度和提高纺纱质量。Application effect and maintenance method of spinning frame with thousands spindles were dis⁃cussed.Structural characteristics of spinning frame with thousands spindles were analyzed.Daily operation mainte⁃nance of main control part and integral automatic doffing part,fine management of spinning frame with thousands spindles were described.It was pointed out that better equipment status was the basis for ensuring spinning.Accord⁃ing to characteristics of spinning frame with thousands spindles,maintenance,accessory selection and use of automat⁃ic doffing should be well done.It is considered that as spinning frame gradually develops into automation and intelli⁃gence,maintenance mode suitable for spinning frame with thousands spindles should be established.Main control part and automatic doffing system should be emphatically controlled,which play the role of high-speed,higher effi⁃ciency and higher yield function of spinning frame with thousands spindles and reduce labor intensity of workers and improve spinning quality.
