基于现代织造工艺的缂丝技艺创新

摘　　要：探讨传统缂丝技艺与现代织造工艺相融合的创新实践效果。分析了缂丝技艺的优势及局限性;介绍了现代织造工艺与缂丝技艺融合的思路。以棉纱和涤纶长丝为经纬纱,介绍了3个产品的纹样、组织设计和工艺设计等。指出:与传统缂丝产品相比,开发的产品更加生动,具有浮雕感。认为:传统缂丝技艺与现代织造工艺相融合开发的产品,不仅丰富了产品表现力,而且也适应了时代需求。Innovation practice effect of integration kossu fabric technology and modern weaving process was discussed.Advantages and limitations of kossu fabric technology were analyzed.Fusion thought of modern weaving technology and kossu fabric technology was introduced.Cotton yarn and polyester filament were used as warp and weft.Pattern,texture design and process design of three products were introduced.It was pointed out that compared with kossu fabric products,developed products were more vivid and have a sense of sculpture.It is considered that the product developed by fusion of traditional kossu fabric technology and modern weaving technology not only en⁃riches the expressive force of product,but also adapts to needs of the times.
