摘  要:研究了不同供体植物的不同浓度(0.025 g/mL、0.05 g/mL、0.075 g/mL、0.1 g/mL)水浸提液对黑心菊种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明,藜、蓼、荠植物水浸提液对黑心菊种子发芽率、发芽指数、根长、苗高、根重、苗重(注:重量即为质量,单位为:kg,下同)有一定的抑制作用,且对化感效应的敏感性为:发芽指数>发芽率。受试植物不同部位对浸提液敏感程度为:地下部分>地上部分,另外,受试植物对不同供体植物浸提液敏感程度为:荠>藜>蓼,整体化感抑制作用表现为:随浓度的增大而增强。The allelopathy of different concentration(0.025 g/m L, 0.05 g/m L, 0.075 g/m L, 0.1 g/m L) water extracts from different donor plants on seed germination and seedling growth of hedyotis macrophylla was studied. The results showed that the water extract of chenopodium, polygonum, and shepherd’s purse had a certain inhibitory effect on the germination rate, germination index, root length,seedling height, root weight, and seedling weight of rudbeckia, and the sensitivity to allelopathy was germination index > germination rate.The sensitivity of different parts of the tested plants to the extract was underground part > aboveground part. In addition, the sensitivity of the tested plants to the extract liquid of different donor plants was water chestnut > chenopodium > polygonum, the overall allelopathy inhibition effect showed with the concentration increase and increase.
