民勤县沙区露地冬枣疏果试验探析

摘　　要：冬枣果实近圆形、果皮光滑、皮薄肉厚、细嫩多汁、味甜清香、品质上等。为提高冬枣果实商品性,2016年—2017年,通过对是否进行疏果枣树在果形指数、平均单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、二级以上果比例和次果比例等方面进行研究,分析对比优质冬枣形成条件因素,把握疏果合理时机,为提高冬枣品质、经济效益和后期大面积推广提供科学依据。The fruit of winter jujube is nearly round,with smooth skin,thin skin and thick flesh,tender and juicy,sweet and fragrant,and superior in quality.In order to improve the commerciality of winter jujube fruit,This paper will determine whether the jujube tree has been thinned during 2016-2017.The fruit shape index,average single fruit quality,soluble solid content,the proportion of fruits above grade 2 and the proportion of secondary fruits are studied to analyze and compare the formation conditions of high-quality winter jujube,and grasp the reasonable time for fruit thinning,in order to improve winter jujube quality,economic benefits and later stage Large-scale promotion provides scientific basis.
