摘　　要：针对种子普遍存在种皮硬实导致发芽率较低的情况,文章参照北方石碾的碾压原理,依据苜蓿种子的生物力学特性,设计了一种碾压式种子硬实处理装置,并分别对硬实处理装置的各个工作部分的结构进行设计计算,通过本结构的设计与计算,为后期种子硬实处理装置的设计提供一定的参考。In view of the low germination rate caused by hard seed of seed coat, this paper designs a kind of roller type hard seed processing device according to the principle of north stone roller and the biomechanical characteristics of alfalfa seed, and designs and calculates the structure of each working part of the hard seed treatment device respectively. Through the design and calculation of this structure, it is the later hard seed treatment The design of the device provides some reference.
