摘 要:目的:分析对小儿肺炎患者应用中药贴结合低频脉冲红外热疗技术联合治疗的临床效果情况。方法:研究对象为500例接受小儿肺炎患者,于2018年1月-2019年8月期间入院,分组方法为随机数字表法,每组患者250例。将中药贴与低频脉冲红外热疗技术联合应用于观察组治疗中,将常规西医治疗应用于对照组治疗中。对比治疗后临床疗效情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.20%(238/250),明显高于对照组的82.00%(205/250),P<0.05;观察组的憋喘消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间以及住院时间显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05;两组患者的体征积分以及临床症状积分差异显著,且为观察组较低,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、超敏C-反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)水平差异显著,且观察组较低,P<0.05;观察组的呼吸频率值(RR)显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的呼气峰值流速(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及第一秒用力呼气量占所有呼气量的比例值(FEV1/FVC)显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对小儿肺炎患者应用中药贴与低频脉冲红外热疗技术治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,改善临床症状。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the TCM patch plus low-frequency impulse infrared hyperthermia technology on pediatric pneumonia.Methods:500 cases were divided into two groups,250 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given the TCM patch plus low-frequency impulse infrared hyperthermia technology.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,the disappearance time of asthma,lung rales and cough,and the hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Signs scores and clinical symptoms scores in the two groups were significantly different,and those in the observation group were lower,P<0.05.The levels of TGF-β1,IL-17,IL-10,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly different,and those in the observation group were lower,P<0.05.RR in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The TCM patch plus low-frequency impulse infrared hyperthermia technology on pediatric pneumonia shows good effects,can improve clinical symptoms.
