冬梅饮对早期糖尿病肾病气阴亏虚证患者血清转化生长因子β1及白细胞介素-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价中药复方冬梅饮对糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)气阴亏虚型患者血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)的影响,探讨中药防治早期DN的作用机制。方法:选取64例DN气阴亏虚证患者,分为治疗组(予中药复方冬梅饮)和对照组(予坎地沙坦分散片),观察中药复方冬梅饮对其血糖、尿微量白蛋白(UAlb)、TGF-β1和IL-10的影响。结果:血清TGF-β1浓度水平与UAlb水平呈正相关,IL-10浓度水平与UAlb水平呈负相关;治疗后,治疗组较对照组血清TGF-β1浓度水平明显降低(P<0.01);治疗组较对照组血清IL-10浓度水平升高(P<0.01)。结论:中药复方冬梅饮不仅能降低UAlb水平,同时,能明显提升IL-10水平,减少炎性因素,降低TGF-β1的活性,从而降低了肾标志蛋白的排泄,阻止DN的进一步发展。Objective:To investigate efficacy of Dongmei Yin(冬梅饮)on TGF-β1 and IL-10 in patient with diabetic nephropathy of the Qiyin Kuixu syndrome(气阴亏虚型).Methods:64 cases were divided into the treatment group(given Dongmei Yin)and the control group(given Candesartan Cilexetil Dispersible tablets).Results:Serum TGF-β1 concentration level was positively correlated with UAlb level,IL-10 concentration level was negatively correlated with UAlb level.After treatment,the serum TGF-β1 concentration in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the serum IL-10 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Dongmei Yin can not only reduce the level of UAlb,but also significantly increase the level of IL-10,reduce inflammatory factors,the activity of TGF-β1 and excretion of renal marker protein,and prevent the progression of DN.
