活血化瘀除痹方治疗类风湿性关节炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀除痹方治疗类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)的临床效果。方法:选择2017年7月-2018年9月到我院接受治疗的74例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例,对照组患者接受常规的西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上再接受活血化瘀除痹方治疗,观察对比两组患者的中医证候积分、实验室指标变化,关节活动情况和临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的中医证候积分要高于对照组,观察组患者的实验室指标要好于对照组,观察组患者的关节活动情况及临床治疗效果要好于对照组。两组结果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀除痹方对于类风湿性关节炎的治疗效果良好,可以有效提高治疗效果,缩短晨僵时间和20 m步行时间,提高双手握力。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Huayu Chubi prescription(活血化瘀除痹方)on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:74 cases were divided into two groups,37 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was given the Huoxue Huayu Chubi prescription more.Results:The TCM symptom scores,laboratory indexes,joint activity and clinical efficacy in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:The Huoxue Huayu Chubi prescription on rheumatoid arthritis shows good effects,can shorten the morning stiffness time and 20 m walking time,improve the grip of both hands.
