金刚藤片联合自拟复方毛冬青灌肠液治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金刚藤片联合自拟复方毛冬青灌肠液(以下称“毛冬青灌肠液”)治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月门诊治疗的60例湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照数字盲选法将其均分为两组(每组30例),对照组采用金刚藤片口服,观察组采用金刚藤片联合毛冬青灌肠液治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的症状评估分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白带恢复正常、下腹坠胀缓解、腹痛缓解、盆腔肿块消失的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症因子改善程度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者盆腔病变程度明显轻于对照组。结论:金刚藤片联合毛冬青灌肠液应用于湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎患者的治疗中,可有效降低患者的症状评分,改善其炎症因子表达水平,缩短症状缓解时间,减轻其盆腔病理改变,临床应用效果确切。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Jin’gangteng tablets(金刚藤片)plus the compound Maodongqing enema(自拟复方毛冬青灌肠液)on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the Shire Yuzu type(湿热瘀阻型).Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given the Jin’gangteng tablets,and the observation group was given the compound Maodongqing enema more.Results:After treatment,efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher,and the symptom evaluation score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The leucorrhea returns to normal time,lower abdominal distension relief time,abdominal pain relief time and disappearance time of pelvic mass in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of inflammatory factors in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of pelvic lesions in the observation group was significantly lighter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jin’gangteng tablets plus the compound Maodongqing enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the Shire Yuzu type shows good effects,can effectively reduce the symptom score,improve the expression level of inflammatory factors,shorten the time of symptom relief,and reduce the degree of pelvic pathological changes.
