基于专业评估认证与新工科背景的建能专业建设探索

摘　　要：教育部实施的新工科建设涵盖了对传统工科专业的升级改造,而专业评估与认证是建设中国特色的工程教育,支撑中国的创新发展的重要途径之一,新工科建设与专业评估认证受到了国家越来越多的重视.建筑环境与能源应用专业(建能专业)评估的目的是加强住建部对该专业教育的宏观管理,保证和提高专业教育的基本质量,使我国建能专业毕业生符合国家规定的注册公用设备工程师考试的教育标准.此外,通过该专业的评估与认证,还能够实现我国与其它国家相关专业教育相协调,为各国之间相互承认专业教育标准创造条件.因此,建能专业评估与认证对促进我国建能专业的人才培养具有巨大的推进作用.论述了新工科背景下,建能专业开展专业评估如何结合新工科的内涵开展教学改革与人才培养.以广东工业大学为例,介绍了建能专业开展专业建设并成功通过专业评估的经验和做法.尤其是设立毕业设计负责人的做法,受到了评估专家组的高度认可.所介绍的经验和不足,可为同类院校该专业的专业评估与认证工作提供参考和借鉴.The new engineering construction carried out by the Ministry of Education (MOE) covers the upgrading and transformation of the traditional engineering specialty.The professional evaluation and certification is one of the important ways to develop engineering education with Chinese characteristics and support the innovation and development in China.Therefore,more and more attention from the state has been paid on the new engineering development,professional evaluation and certification.The purpose of the evaluation of Building Environment and Energy Application(BEEA) major is to strengthen the macro education management by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction (MHURC),ensuring and improving the professional education quality.It also makes the undergraduates of this major to conform to the standard of the nationally registered public equipment engineer examination.Moreover,it can help achieve the coordination and mutual recognition of professional education between China and other countries in this specialty,thus improving the talent training in China.This study shows how people can implement professional evaluation,teaching reform and personnel training in Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) in combination with the implied connotation of emerging engineering.In particular,the practice of setting up a person in charge of graduation project has been highly recognized by the evaluation expert group.The practical experiences in this study can provide reference for the professional evaluation and certification of this major in similar universities.
