摘　　要：目的:系统评价芪参益气滴丸联合常规西药治疗冠心病心衰的有效性与安全性。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed数据库等自建库至2018年10月收录的关于芪参益气滴丸联合常规西药治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCTs);根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献后,提取数据运用Cohrane协作网提供的Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示,芪参益气滴丸联合常规西药在改善心功能、增加左室射血分数、降低血脑钠肽浓度、增加6 min步行试验距离方面,效果均优于单纯西药组。此外,在最终纳入的RCT研究中,均未发现服用芪参益气滴丸期间出现明显不良反应。结论:临床推荐芪参益气滴丸联合常规西药治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者,疗效显著且具有一定安全性。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qishen Yiqi dropping pill combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart failure.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to October 2018.After the literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the data were extracted using Rev man5.3 software provided by cohrane collaborative network Conduct meta-analysis.Results:The results of meta analysis showed that the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pill combined with conventional western medicine in improving heart function,increasing left ventricular ejection fraction,reducing blood brain natriuretic peptide concentration and increasing 6-minute walking test distance was better than that of the western medicine group alone.In addition,no obvious adverse reactions were found in the final RCT study.Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi dropping pill combined with conventional western medicine is recommended to treat patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
