中风后痉挛患者白睛络脉特点及眼针取穴方案

摘　　要：目的:通过观察中风后痉挛患者的白睛络脉,总结其分布及形色特点,为制定眼针取穴方案提供依据。方法:选择辽宁中医药大学附属医院脑病康复二科住院的100例中风后伴有痉挛的患者,应用“观眼识病”的方法观察白睛络脉的分布和形色特点并加以总结。结果:异常络脉出现在各穴区的频次由高至低依次为肾区94例,下焦区78例,肝区47例,上焦区40例,中焦区、脾胃区、心区、肺区、大肠区各8例。在异常形态方面可见曲张86例,分叉33例,延伸20例,垂露20例,其中多见曲张与分叉、垂露、延伸同时存在。在异常颜色方面可见红中带黑50例,紫红26例,深红24例。结论:中风后痉挛患者白睛络脉主要分布在肾区、下焦区、肝区和上焦区,异常形态多见曲张、分叉、延伸和垂露,异常颜色多见红中带黑、深红和紫红。因此可以上焦区、下焦区配合肾区、肝区作为眼针治疗中风后痉挛的取穴方案,其疗效有待临床验证。Objective:To observe the distribution of white eye collaterals in patients with spasm after stroke,and to Summarize their distribution characteristics of shape and color,so as to provide basis for formulating acupoints program.Methods:One hundred patients with spasm after stroke in Number 2 department of Encephalopathy rehabilitation of Affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected to observe the distribution characteristics of shape and color characteristics of white eye collaterals by using the method of“Recognizing disease from eye view identification”and summarized them.Results:The distribution of abnormal collaterals appeared in the order of the frequency of each acupoint from high to low,followed by 94 cases in the kidney area,78 cases in the lower energizer area,47 cases in the liver area,and 40 cases in the upper energizer area.8 cases were found in the middle energizer area,spleen and stomach area,heart area,lung area,and large intestine area.In the aspect of abnormal morphology,86 cases of varicose veins,33 cases of bifurcation,20 cases of extension,20 cases of dewdrop.Among them,varicose and bifurcation,dewdrop,extension often exist at the same time.In the aspect of abnormal color,there are 50 cases with red with black,26 cases with fuchsia,and 24 with crimson.Conclusion:The white eye collaterals of patients with spasm after stroke are mainly distributed in the kidney area,lower energizer area,liver area and upper energizer area.Abnormal morphology are more common in varicose,bifurcation,extension and dewdrop.Abnormal color more common with red with black,crimson and fuchsia.So try to choose the upper energizer area,the lower energizer area and match with the kidney area and liver area as the eye acupuncture treatment formulating acupoints after spasm,its curative effect still needs clinical proof.
