摘　　要：长圆针由中国中医科学院针灸医院薛立功教授以经筋理论为指导,参照《黄帝内经》长针及古圆针“薄其身、圆其末”的描述,结合“西汉金针”而创制的针具,主要用于诊治骨科筋性疼痛类疾病,尤其擅治长期性、顽固性、难治性经筋痹证。该针法强调针至病所,治病选穴“以痛、以结为腧,”行针手法有三,即关刺、恢刺、短刺,对筋痹证进行解筋结、治痹痛、行气血,临床疗效显著。针灸医院已开展长圆针门诊30余年,现就其长圆针门诊的临床经验整理归纳,以供广大学者交流及学习。Long round needles were created by professor XUE Li-gong from the acupuncture hospital of the China academy of Chinese Medical Sciences under the guidance of the theory of meridians and tendons,referring to the description of long needles and ancient round needles in the Inner Canon of Huangdi"thin in body,round in end"and combining with"golden needles in Xihan".It is mainly used in diagnosing and treating arthralgia syndrome in orthopedics,especially in patients with chronic,refractory syndrome.It stresses the stretching of the needles to the exact spot of disease.There are three kinds of needling manipulation:guan thorn,long thorn and short thorn can relieve sinews and arthralgia syndrome,cure arthralgia and exercise Qi and blood.Our hospital has carried out the long round needle outpatient service for more than 30 years,the clinical effect is obvious.The acupuncture and moxibustion hospital has developed the long round needle outpatient service for more than 30 years.The clinical experience of its long round needle clinic is summarized for the exchange and learning of scholars.
