摘　　要：经脉穴位-脏腑相关是脏腑经络学说的重要组成部分之一,对于疾病的诊断和治疗起到重要的指导作用。国内外对经络腧穴相关进行了大量的研究,发现了脏腑与腧穴间的诸多特殊联系。脏腑疾病状态下腧穴会出现特异性变化,如感觉、形态、性能和物质等,这对临床诊断和治疗具有重要作用。但目前还未探明其具体的关联机制且缺乏整体性。未来的研究应做到总结规律以指导临床诊断治疗、扩大基础研究范围以找寻更系统全面的依据和顾全整体以阐明各系统间的作用关系。本文对脏腑-经穴相关的现象、应用及机制的现代研究进行了概述。The relationship between meridian points and ZangFu organs is an important part of the theory of viscera meridians and collaterals,which plays an important guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.A lot of researches have been carried out on meridians and acupoints at home and abroad,and many special connections between the organs and meridians have been discovered.Specific changes in acupoints such as sensation,morphology,performance,and substance in the visceral disease state play an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment.However,the correlation mechanism is not yet known and lacks integrity.Future research should summarize the rules to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,expand the scope of basic research to find a more systematic and comprehensive basis and consider the overall relationship between the systems.This paper gives an overview of the modern research on the phenomenon,application and mechanism of the viscera-acupoint.
