摘　　要：免疫双向调节是指体内的各种因素对免疫应答做出正负双向免疫调节的作用,借此调节以维持体内环境相对稳定,使免疫应答维持在适度水平。具有免疫双向调节作用的中药通过产生不同的免疫应答,对机体精确地完成免疫调节,从而产生保护作用。本文综述了近10年来以多糖类、苷类、生物碱类和黄酮类为代表的中药通过对组织器官、免疫细胞及免疫分子的促进或抑制作用来进行免疫双向调节,旨在为中药免疫调节作用在疾病防治方面研究提供思路,并为以多糖类、苷类、生物碱类和黄酮类为主要成分的中成药制剂的研发提供科学参考。Immune bidirectional regulation refers to the positive and negative bidirectional immune regulation of various factors in the body to maintain the relative stability of the body environment and maintain the immune response at a moderate level.Chinese herbal medicine with immune bi-directional regulation can precisely complete immune regulation by producing different immune responses,thus producing protective effects.This paper reviews the recent decade's two-way immunoregulation of crude drugs represented by polysaccharides,glycosides,alkaloids and flavonoids through the promotion or inhibition of tissues and organs,immune cells and immune molecules.The purpose of this study is to provide ideas for the study of immunomodulatory effects of crude drugs in disease prevention and treatment.It also provides scientific reference for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations with polysaccharides,glycosides,alkaloids or flavonoids as the main components.
