摘 要:“咸入肾、肾主骨、过咸伤骨”阐释了五味之咸、五脏之肾与奇恒之腑之骨的联系,是中医藏象理论的重要内容之一。现代医学研究发现,高盐摄入可以影响骨代谢,减少骨量和骨密度,但其具体机制仍未完全清楚。离子通道不仅参与骨系细胞的活性与功能,而且影响肾脏对钙的重吸收,可能是高盐影响骨代谢最直接的效应分子,为研究高盐摄入对骨代谢的影响提供了新思路。"Salt enters into the kidney,the kidney dominates bones,while excessive salt hurts bones",which is one of the important contents of Visceral Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),which explains the connection between the salt of the five tastes,the kidney of the five internal visceras and the bone of extraordinary organ.Modern medical research has found that high salt intake can affect bone metabolism,reduce bone mass and bone mineral density,but its specific mechanism is still obscure.Not only participating in the activity and function of bone cells,but also affecting the reabsorption of calcium by the kidney,ion channels may be the most direct effector molecule of high salt on bone metabolism,providing a new idea for studying the effect of high salt intake on bone metabolism.
