多层螺旋CT对胃癌和肿瘤血供的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究多层螺旋CT对胃癌和肿瘤血供的临床应用价值。方法:选择本院收治的胃癌患者64例,均经术后病理确诊为胃癌,将上述患者的多层螺旋CT检查结果与手术病理结果进行比对。结果:多层螺旋CT对胃壁最大厚度、肿块最大切面的诊断结果与手术病理结果均无显著差异(P>0.05),溃疡大小与手术病理结果存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT对于判断胃癌肿瘤血供中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT in gastric cancer and tumor blood supply.Methods:64 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were selected,all of whom were diagnosed as gastric cancer by postoperative pathology.The multi-slice spiral CT examination results of the above patients were compared with the surgical pathology results.Results:There was no significant difference between the diagnosis results of multi-slice spiral CT on the maximum thickness of gastric wall and the maximum section of mass and the results of surgery and pathology(P>0.05),and there was a difference between the size of ulcer and the results of surgery and pathology(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT has high application value in judging the blood supply of gastric cancer tumor.
