摘 要:为评定喷浆玉米皮对生长肉兔的营养价值,选取32只体重相近[(740.63±48.32)g]的35日龄断奶新西兰白兔,随机等分为4组,单笼饲养,分别饲喂1种基础饲粮和3种待测喷浆玉米皮饲粮(80%基础饲粮+20%喷浆玉米皮,后者来自三个产地),采用全收粪法进行为期15 d(预试期11 d,收粪期4 d)的消化试验。结果发现:①三种来源喷浆玉米皮的主要营养物质含量存在一定差异,干物质(DM)均值为90.96%,以DM计,总能(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)、总磷(TP)和无氮浸出物(NFE)含量均值分别为18.98 MJ/kg、20.20%、11.38%、53.32%、14.61%、2.03%、5.42%、5.30%、0.47%、0.45%和57.69%;三种来源喷浆玉米皮的氨基酸含量也有一定差异,其中精氨酸(Arg)、组氨酸(His)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、赖氨酸(Lys)、蛋氨酸(Met)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)、苏氨酸(Thr)和缬氨酸(Val)含量均值分别为0.92%、0.67%、0.64%、1.83%、0.67%、0.25%、0.69%、0.86%和1.08%。②除GE、DM、CP、TP和NFE外,三种来源喷浆玉米皮的主要营养物质表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),DM、CP、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、EE、Ash、Ca、TP和NFE表观消化率均值分别为42.96%、66.63%、18.46%、21.64%、8.31%、0.17%、85.77%、45.62%、49.07%、36.95%和30.92%,消化能(DE)均值为7.73 MJ/kg;氨基酸消化率普遍较高,均值都在75%以上,除丙氨酸(Ala)、天冬氨酸(Asp)和甘氨酸(Gly)外,其余氨基酸表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见:喷浆玉米皮对生长肉兔有较高的营养价值,但不同来源喷浆玉米皮的化学组成和营养价值有一定差异。The experiment was carried out to evaluate the nutritional value of corn gluten feed for grow⁃ing rabbits.32 New Zealand white rabbits,aged 35 days and weighing[(740.63±48.32)g],were used in a completely randomized design consisting of 4 groups with 8 replicates in each group.The rabbits in the 4 groups were corresponding to 4 dietary treatments,which were the basal diet,and 80%basal diet supplemented with each of the 3 different origins of corn gluten feeds at 20%.Apparent digestibil⁃ity of major nutrients in corn gluten feed for growing rabbits was measured.The experiment lasted for 15 d(11 d for the pre-trial period and 4 d for the trial period).There were some differences in the content of main nutrients in the 3 corn gluten feeds.The mean value of DM was 90.96%,in terms of DM,the GE,CP,CF,NDF,ADF,ADL,EE,Ash,Ca,TP and NFE content of three corn glu⁃ten feeds averaged 18.98 MJ/kg,20.20%,11.38%,53.32%,14.61%,2.03%,5.42%,5.30%,0.47%,0.45%and 57.69%,respectively.Amino acid content also did some differ among the 3 corn gluten feeds,The mean contents of Arg,His,Leu,Lys,Met,Phe,Thr and Val were 0.92%,0.67%,0.64%,1.83%,0.67%,0.25%,0.69%,0.86%and 1.08%respectively.No differences were found in apparent digestibility of the main nutrients among the 3 corn gluten feeds,except GE,DM,CP,TP and NFE.The means of apparent di⁃gestibility of DM,CP,CF,NDF,ADF,ADL,EE,Ash,Ca,TP,NFE and the digestible energy(DE)of three corn gluten feeds were respectively 42.96%,66.63%,18.46%,21.64%,8.31%,0.17%,85.77%,45.62%,49.07%,36.95%,30.92%and 7.73 MJ/kg.Amino acid digestibility kept stable among the in⁃gredients,except for Ala,Asp and Gly,with the average of which of above 75%.In conclusion,corn gluten feed can be used in rabbit production due to the fair nutritional value evaluated by the nutrient contents and the digestibility which varied with origins.
