摘　　要：将全过程工程咨询服务与主营造价咨询服务进行了对比,借助SWOT-PEST方法分析出造价咨询企业发展全过程工程咨询服务的内外部环境,进而明确其开展服务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并基于分析结果从优势拓展、人才培养、加强合作、注重质量四个方面提出相应的对策建议,以期为造价咨询企业业务拓展提供参考。This paper compares the whole process engineering consulting service with the main cost consulting service,analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of the whole process engineering consulting service of the cost consulting enterprise with the help of SWOT-PEST method.Then clarifies its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats when it carries out the service.Based on the analysis results,it puts forward four aspects:advantage expansion,talent training,strengthening cooperation and focusing on quality.Puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide references for business development of cost consulting enterprises.
