摘　　要：以上海市首个工程总承包试点项目申旺路519号改扩建工程为例,总结招投标、合同结构、工程组织、管理制度及流程等方面的实施情况,深入思考以设计为主导的房屋建筑工程总承包领域今后的发展方向和必须解决的问题,对相关类型项目的实施和管控提供参考。Based on reconstruction and expansion of No.519 Shenwang Road,which is the first experimental EPC project in Shanghai,this paper summarizes the bidding process,contract structure,project organization,procedures and regulations.This paper also takes analysis in depth about the future development directions and problems that must be solved in the field of EPC on building projects led by architectural design institute,which can be a reference to the implementation and control of other similar projects.
