摘 要:以N-芳基苯丙炔胺为原料,在AgNO3作用下,通过热环化以45%~92%的较高收率得到14种4-苯基喹啉类衍生物。系统研究了溶剂、催化剂、温度等因素对环化结果的影响,优化了反应条件。合成策略具有反应条件温和、操作简单、收率较高等特点,是一种合成4-苯基喹啉衍生物的新方法。A series of 4-arylquinoline derivatives were obtained with high yields by thermal cyclization reactionusing N-arylphenylpropynylamine as a starting material and AgNO3 as the catalyst.Factors including solvents,catalysts,temperature affecting the cyclization yield were evaluated.Based on the experimental results,the best reaction conditionswereobtained.In this paper,the synthetic strategy had many advantages includingmild reaction condition,simple operation,and high yield and could be a novelmethod forthe synthesis of 4-phenylquinoline.
