摘 要:目的:观察体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)前后移植管尖端菌群分布与阴道微生态关系,探讨其对妊娠结局影响。方法:纳入150例IVF-ET周期行第1周期长方案控制性超促排卵患者,HCG日行阴道微生态检查,并分别于胚胎移植前后行移植管尖端菌群培养。结果:移植前移植管尖端菌群培养均为阴性;移植后移植管尖端细菌培养总阳性率阴道微生态失调组(25.0%)高于阴道微生态正常组(11.8%)(P<0.05);阴道微生态失调组和移植管尖端细菌培养阳性组但两组生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、种植率、活产率均降低,流产率均未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:移植后移植管尖端菌群分布与阴道微生态失调相关,对妊娠结局影响程度有限。Objective:To investigate the distribution of bacteria in the transfer catheter tip in IVF-ET and its relationship with vaginal microecosystem,and to analyze its impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods:150 patients with the first cycle of long term controlled hyperovulation in IVF-ET were enrolled in this study.The examination of vaginal microecosystem of these women was performed on the day of HCG,and the bacterium in the transfer catheter tip was cultured before and after the transplantation.Results:The culture of bacteria in the transfer catheter tip before transplantation was all negative.After transplantation,the positive rate of bacteria culture of patients with vaginal microecosystem disorder was significant higher than that of patients with normal vaginal microecosystem(P<0.05).The total positive rate of bacteria culture of patients with vaginal microecosystem disorder was 25.0%,which was significant higher than that(11.8%)of patients with normal vaginal microecosystem(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the rates of biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,implantation,and live birth between the patients with vaginal microecosystem disorder and the patients with normal vaginal microecosystem(P>0.05).Conclusion:The distribution of bacteria in the transfer catheter tip after transplantation is correlated to vaginal microecosystem disorder,which has no impact on pregnancy outcomes.
