摘 要:采用衰减器对变压器绕组变形测试仪进行检测过程中,受许多不确定性因素的影响,其校准结果存在不确定度,这种校准的不安全性会直接影响到电网的安全运营。尽管针对校准结果存在的不确定度,实际操作中可通过多次试验来减弱这种误差带来的影响,但现有试验条件下进行多次试验需要花费大量的时间和精力,并不可行。该类测量不确定度除了具有随机性以外,与仪器设备的测试频率(1 kHz、10 kHz、100 kHz、300 kHz)和衰减量等相关。设计了一种适用于变压器绕组变形测试仪校准装置校准数据的二维非均匀克里金插值算法,根据同一校准装置数十次的校准数据,对每次校准数据构建合适的二维变差函数,求得校准装置最佳的非均匀系数矩阵,当有新的测试仪进行校准后,运用求得的最佳非均匀系数矩阵对校准数据进行调整,构建适合的二维变差函数,将所有数据进行插值更新。试验证明:该校验方法能有效地提高绕组变形测试仪校准数据质量,精确识别因校准误差引起的数据偏离,能更好地保障电力系统的安全运行。In the process of testing the winding deformation tester by the attenuation detector,influenced by various uncertain factors,the calibration result has uncertainty,and the unsafety of calibration would directly affect the safety operation of the power grid.This kind of uncertainty can be reduced by the results of multiple tests,however,in the practical calibration process,multiple tests cost considerable time and effort,thus it is not implementable.In addition to randomness,this kind of measurement uncertainty is related to test frequency(1 kHz,10 kHz,100 kHz,300 kHz)and attenuation of equipment,etc.This paper designs a two-dimensional non-uniform Kriging interpolation algorithm to be applied to the calibration data from the calibration device of winding deformation tester of transformer.Based on dozens of calibration data,a suitable two-dimensional variogram is constructed for each calibration data to obtain the optimal non-uniform coefficient matrix of the calibration device.When a new tester is available for calibrating,the appropriate variation function is firstly constructed and all data are interpolated and updated by using the obtained optimal non-uniform coefficient matrix.The test results show that the calibration method can effectively improve the quality of calibration data of winding deformation tester,identify data deviations accurately due to measurement errors,and guarantee the safe operation of power system.
