摘　　要：推进供给侧结构性改革是适应和引领经济发展新常态的重大创新,是促进经济结构调整、转型升级的新理念和新思路。灵台作为传统的旱作农业大县,如何有效利用资源和区位优势、加快农业供给侧结构调整、促进现代农业提质增效成为每一名农业工作者的重大课题。通过调研对经济新常态下灵台县农业供给侧结构调整提出了对策和建议。Advancing supply-side structural reform is a major innovation to adapt to and guide the new normal of economic development,and a new concept and thinking to promote economic restructuring,transformation and upgrading.As a traditional dryland agricultural county,how to effectively utilize resources and location advantages,accelerate agricultural supply-side structural adjustment,and promote modern agriculture quality and efficiency has become a major issue for every agricultural worker in Lingtai.Through investigation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the structural adjustment of agricultural supply side in Lingtai county under the new normal of economy.
