酒钢高炉铜冷却壁使用效果及维护实践

摘　　要：对酒钢1号、2号和7号高炉铜冷却璧的使用效果及维护情况进行了总结。自投产以来,1号、2号高炉均未出现铜冷却壁破损现象,而7号高炉在使用2年半后就出现铜冷却壁大面积破损现象,这与7号高炉铜冷却壁设计过长、原燃料条件较差、中心加焦操作制度有关。认为在高炉运行期间,形成稳定的煤气流分布及抑制边沿气流的操作制度,对铜冷却壁的使用效果及寿命至关重要。The application result and maintenance measures of copper cooling staves in Jiuquan Steel's No.1,No.2 and No.7 BF are summarized.No.1 and No.2 BF see no damage in their copper cooling stave after putting into operation many years ago,but No.7 BF suffers damage in a lot of copper cooling staves after operating for 2.5 years due to over long cooling stave designed,poor conditions of raw material and fuel,and central coke charging operation system.It is believed the oper-ation system of stable gas flow distribution and suppressed edge airflow are critically for the application and service life of the copper cooling staves during the operation of the blast furnace..
