超声引导下周围型肺内占位性病变穿刺活检的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析超声引导下穿刺活检对于周围型肺内占位性病变的临床诊断价值。方法选择2017年6月—2019年7月期间,该院接收的周围型肺内占位性病变患者,随机抽取数量为82例,所有患者均在超声引导下进行穿刺活检,且在肺癌切除术后对标本予以病理学检查,对比超声穿刺活检和术后病理的检查结果,并分析患者穿刺活检后并发症发生率。结果 82例经超声引导下穿刺活检的临床诊断准确率为97.6%,其数据与手术病理检查数据相对比,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.025,P=0.155);同时,82例患者经穿刺活检后并发症发生率为2.4%。结论超声引导下对周围型肺内占位性病变患者进行活检穿刺,可有效判断患者病情,且具有创伤小、易操作以及安全性高的优势,临床诊断价值显著。Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound guided puncture biopsy for peripheral lung space occupying lesions.Methods Patients with peripheral space occupying lesions received in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were randomly selected from 82 patients.All patients underwent ultrasound biopsy and biopsy of lung cancer.Pathological examination was performed on the specimens after operation,and the results of ultrasound biopsy and postoperative pathology were compared,and the incidence of complications after puncture biopsy was analyzed.Results The accuracy rate of clinical diagnosis of 82 cases of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy was 97.6%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the data and surgical pathological examination data(χ2=2.025,P=0.155);meanwhile,82 cases of the incidence of complications after puncture biopsy was 2.4%.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided biopsy of patients with peripheral lung space occupying lesions can effectively determine the patient's condition,and has the advantages of less trauma,easy operation and high safety.It has significant clinical diagnostic value and deserves to be vigorously promoted.
