安宫黄体酮用于药物流产后不规则阴道出血的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价安宫黄体酮用于药物流产后不规则阴道出血的可行性,为不规则阴道出血患者的止血治疗工作提供参考,保障药流女性安全性。方法选择该院2018年2月—2019年8月期间收治行药物流产后不规则阴道出血的患者,总计108例。结合药流后不规则阴道出血患者治疗方法不同,采取随机数字表法进行对照组与试验组分组。对照组54例药流后不规则阴道出血患者采取益母草颗粒治疗,试验组54例药流后不规则阴道出血患者采取安宫黄体酮治疗。对比对照组与试验组药流后不规则阴道出血患者组间出血持续时间、不同时间出血占比情况、HCG检测结果、阴性弱阳性情况以及临床治疗效果。结果经不同药物治疗后,试验组与对照组治疗总有效率为93%vs 74%(χ~2=6.667,P=0.010)、出血时间<7 d为50%vs 14%(χ~2=15.260,P=0.000)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物流产后不规则阴道出血情况明显,采取安宫黄体酮止血效果明显优于益母草颗粒,缩短了患者的止血时间,进一步促进流产后康复。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of angong progesterone for irregular vaginal bleeding after medical abortion,to provide a reference for hemostatic treatment of patients with irregular vaginal bleeding,and to ensure the safety of women with drug flow.Methods A total of 108 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding after medical abortion were selected from the hospital from February 2018 to August 2019.Combined with different treatment methods for patients with irregular vaginal bleeding after drug flow,a random number table method was used for the control group and the test component group.In the control group,54 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding after drug flow were treated with motherwort granules,and in the test group,54 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding after drug flow were treated with angong progesterone.The duration of bleeding,the proportion of bleeding at different times,HCG test results,negative weak positive results and clinical treatment effects were compared between the control group and the test group with irregular vaginal bleeding.Results After treatment with different drugs,the total effective rate of treatment in the test group and control group was 93%vs 74%(χ2=6.667,P=0.010),and the bleeding time<7 d was 50%vs 14%(χ2=15.260,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irregular vaginal bleeding after medical abortion is obvious.The effect of taking progesterone on hemostasis is significantly better than that of motherwort granules,which shortens the hemostatic time of patients and further promotes rehabilitation after abortion.
