小儿喉罩全麻术后在PACU应用精细化复苏护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探究应用精细化复苏护理对小儿喉罩麻醉术后在PACU(麻醉恢复室)中的效果。方法依据随机抽签法,将方便选取2017年6月—2019年1月在该院进行小儿喉罩全麻术后在PACU复苏观察的80例患儿分为两组,即实施常规麻醉复苏护理的患儿列为常规组(n=40),实施精细化复苏护理的患儿列为精细组(n=40)。分析比对在PACU护理期间并发症发生情况与患儿家属护理满意度。结果精细组患儿的并发症发生率较常规组低(5.00%vs 25.00%)(χ^2=6.27,P<0.05);精细组满意率较常规组高(97.50%vs 77.50%)(χ^2=7.31,P<0.05)。结论小儿喉罩全麻术后在PACU中实施精细化护理措施可降低并发症发生概率,有助于提升患儿家属的护理满意率。Objective To explore the effect of fine resuscitation nursing on PACU(anesthesia recovery room)after laryngeal mask anesthesia in children.Methods According to the random drawing method,convenient select 80 children who underwent PACU resuscitation observation after pediatric laryngeal mask anesthesia in the hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups,that is,children who received conventional anesthesia resuscitation care.The patients were classified as the conventional group(n=40),and the children who were given refined resuscitation care were classified as the fine group(n=40).Analyze and compare the complications and nursing satisfaction of children's families during PACU nursing.Results The incidence of complications in children in the fine group was lower than that in the conventional group(5.00%vs 25.00%)(χ^2=6.27,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the fine group was higher than that in the conventional group(97.50%vs 77.50%)(χ^2=7.31,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine nursing measures in PACU after general anesthesia for children with laryngeal mask can reduce the probability of complications and help improve the nursing satisfaction rate of children's families.
