摘　　要：实验动物是特殊、活的试剂,管理手段缺位将影响实验动物行业健康发展,导致动物实验管理无序,实验结果缺乏重复性,科研质量下降。构建实验动物科技管理共享平台;实行网上和线下并行管理、相互印证;在科技计划和成果管理中实行“一票否决”,并以信息化手段实现大数据共享;完善实验动物管理;促进实验动物市场规范发展。Laboratory animals are special and live reagents.The lack of management methods will affect the healthy development of the laboratory animal industry,leading to disordered animal experiments,lack of reproducibility of experimental results,and a decline in the quality of scientific research.It is proposed to build an experimental animal science and technology management sharing platform;implement online and offline parallel management and mutual verification;implement"one-vote veto"in science and technology plans and achievement management,and realize big data sharing by information technology to improve laboratory animal management;promote Standardized development of laboratory animal market.
