摘  要:当前,美国公立及私立一流大学正在推动终身教育与学习进入校友工作,推进校友个人及事业发展与学校发展深度融合的“终身发展共同体”建设。该共同体发展趋势是在原有终身教育学习的基础上,重新定义大学功能,进一步打破大学地域和时间限制,进一步拓展大学所提供的教学、科研、服务社会三大职能的广度和深度,使学校及师生得到更加稳定的信息和资源来源,促进校友个人及事业发展与学校发展深度融合、共同发展,形成终身发展共同体。全员、全过程、全方位打造统一大学品牌,使得高校对校友具有强大的凝聚力,同时全员、全过程、全方位的创新特色平台和服务,促进高校和校友能够共享资源、共同发展。At present,the first-class public and private universities in the United States are promoting life-long education and learning into a new stage of"Life-long Development Community",which integrates the personal and career development of alumni and the development of the school.The trend of development of the community is to redefine the functions of the university on the basis of the original lifelong education and learning,and to further break the geographical and time limits of the university,to further expand the breadth and depth of the three functions of teaching,Scientific Research and social service provided by universities,and to provide schools,teachers and students with more stable sources of information and resources,to promote the personal and career development of alumni and school development in-depth integration,common development,the formation of a community of lifelong development.The all-staff,all-process,and all-round creation of a unified university brand makes colleges and universities have a strong cohesive force for their alumni,as well as a full-staff,all-process,and all-round platform and service with innovative features,to promote the sharing of resources and common development between universities and alumni.
