摘  要:目的:对铜陵地区肾结石和输尿管结石患者的结石进行成分检测分析,了解本地区结石成分特点和防止结石复发的临床价值。方法:选择肾结石和输尿管结石患者共106例,通过体外碎石术、经皮肾镜或输尿管镜取石术取出结石标本106份,使用红外光谱法进行分析;并分析比较患者的年龄、性别、居住地等临床特征,并总结出相应预防措施。结果:106例结石标本以混合性结石为主,其中含有草酸钙结石的样本为主,尿酸结石、磷酸镁铵结石、磷酸氢钙结石、碳酸磷灰石结石所占比例较低。男性患者明显多于女性,30~55岁时所占比例较高,患者居住地之间差异无统计学意义。结论:上尿路结石成分检测分析对于了解结石形成原因、指导临床治疗及预防尿石症的发生有着十分重要的临床价值。Objective: To analyse and detect the composition of kidney and ureteral calculi in Tongling area, so as to understand the clinical value of stone composition analysis in preventing stone recurrence. Method: One hundred and six cases of kidney and ureteral calculi were included, and 106 stones were removed by lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy or ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze the stones. The age, sex and residence of the patients were analyzed and compared, and the corresponding preventive measures were summarized. Result: Calculi of 106 cases were mainly mixed stones, including the samples of calcium oxalate stones mostly, followed by simple uric acid stones, ammonium magnesium phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate stones, carbonated apatite stones. Male patients were significantly more than females, and the proportion was higher at 30~55 years old. Conclusion: The composition analysis of urinary calculi is of great clinical significance in understanding the causes of stones, guiding the treatment and preventing the recurrence of urinary calculi.
