摘  要:动脉粥样硬化是心血管疾病的重要病理基础,其发病机制复杂且目前尚未完全阐明。铁代谢与心血管疾病的发生、发展有一定的关联,铁能引起细胞氧化损伤,参与脂质沉积、内皮细胞功能失调、巨噬细胞激活、泡沫细胞形成等病理过程。铁可通过影响巨噬细胞对机体内铁的处理和斑块稳定性调节动脉粥样硬化。因此,巨噬细胞靶向铁代谢对预防动脉粥样硬化斑块进展可能产生有益作用。本文将从当前对铁代谢的理解来探讨铁、炎症和动脉粥样硬化之间复杂的相互作用。Atherosclerosis is an important pathological basis of cardiovascular disease,and its pathogenesis is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated.Iron metabolism has a certain relationship with the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Iron can cause oxidative damage in cells and participate in pathological processes such as lipid deposition,endothelial cell dysfunction,macrophage activation,and foam cell formation.Iron can regulate atherosclerosis by affecting macrophage treatment of iron in the body and plaque stability.Therefore,targeting iron metabolism in macrophage may have a beneficial effect on preventing the progression of atherosclerotic plaque.In this review,the current understanding of iron metabolism will explore the complex interactions between iron,inflammation,and atherosclerosis.
