摘  要:介绍一种实用性强的超薄型大剪式举升机液压同步系统。根据超薄型举升机特点,采用6支液压缸作为执行机构,其中4支液压缸组成双回路串联同步系统,2支液压缸组成助力机构,实现两台面的同步;特殊设计的液压缸结构可以实现自动补油排气功能;为消除累计误差,举升机每次升降过程均可通过接近开关信号自动补泄油调平;为解决液压系统在补泄油调平时举升机颤抖现象,增加节流结构;为解决举升机无锁端支臂刚性问题,在举升机助力端增加接近开关进行锁位检测,让举升机的无锁端液压缸承力,使举升机前后达到承力和台面平衡。A practicable hydraulic synchronization system for super low profile alignment scissor lift is introduced.According to the requirements of this kind of the Super Low lift,6 pieces of the hydraulic cylinders are used.The synchronization of two platforms is guaranteed by double master/slave hydraulic circuits with two assistant cylinder.Automatic oil filling and air bleeding process could be implemented thanks to this specially designed hydraulic cylinder's structure.Two platforms could be synchronized perfectly during every raising and lowering cycle by oil filling or bleeding against the signal given by the sensor so that the cumulated asynchronism could be eliminated.In order to solve the shaking problem during the platforms synchronizing,the throttling structure is added into the hydraulic system.In order to make the front and the rear of the platform are at the exact same level horizontally when the safeties are engaged,a micro limit switch is installed on the mechanical safety rack to detect the signal of safety engagement,thus to stop the master cylinders from moving further.
