摘 要:分析和对比汽车在实际道路与测功机上行驶的受力情况,明确测功机模拟道路阻力的原理,提出一套完整且准确的底盘测功机阻力模拟方法:首先用固定式风速仪滑行法获取实际道路阻力,并阐述该方法的原理、规定及数据处理细节;分析测功机滑行的影响因素,确定测功机滑行前的准备工作;检查测功机滑行功能无误后进行正式滑行,设定底盘测功机加载载荷;最后通过滑行验证,得出测功机滑行结果与实际道路滑行结果的最大误差为2.71N,表明此测功机阻力模拟方法有效,能准确模拟实际道路阻力。Forces analysis of vehicle driving on road and dynamometer are compared,and the principle of dynamometer simulating road resistance is clarified.Then,a complete and accurate method of resistance simulation for chassis dynamometer is proposed.Based on fixed anemometer,the road resistance is obtained,and the principle,regulation and data processing details of this road coasting method are expounded.The influencing factors to determine the preparation works before dynamometer coasting test are analyzed.After checking the coasting function of dynamometer is correct,the formal coasting is performed to set the loading load of chassis dynamometer.Finally,the maximum error between dynamometer coasting result and road coasting result is 2.71N,which is verified by coasting on dynamometer.It shows that the resistance simulation method for dynamometer is effective and accurate.
