摘 要:本文以加成型硅胶基材料为主要成膜物质,通过添加一定量的POSS和纳米SiO 2降低涂层的表面张力,得到具有防粘性能的涂层。研究了涂层的接触角、表面粗糙度和表面防粘性能,得出当POSS质量含量为3%时,接触角为92.9°,表面粗糙度值为25.2nm,此时涂层表面的防粘力达到一个较低值。随着聚氨酯胶带与涂层表面接触时间的延长,涂层表面的防粘力呈逐渐增大的趋势。In this paper,the main film-forming material is the additive silicon rubber materials.By adding a certain amount of POSS and nano-SiO 2 to reduce the surface tension of the coating,the coating with anti-sticking performance is obtained.The contact angle,surface roughness and anti-sticking performance of the coating are studied.It is concluded that when the POSS content is 3%,the contact angle is 92.9°and the surface roughness is 25.2nm.At this time,the anti-sticking force of the coating surface reaches a lower value.However,with the extension of the contact time between the adhesive tape and the coating surface,the anti-sticking force of the coating surface gradually increases.
