摘 要:某型辅助动力装置配装某型直升机开展试飞时,地面启动出现转速悬挂、超温现象,导致启动失败。通过试验数据分析对比发现,辅助动力装置启动供油控制逻辑正常,控制器工作正常,启动过程转子加速迟缓,排气温度快速升高。经分析排查,将故障定位于液压马达工作异常。更换液压马达后,辅助动力装置正常启动成功,参数正常。An auxiliary power unit equipped with a helicopter failed to start with rotor suspension and exceeding exhaust temperature during a ground test.The data analysis results showed that the start control system was working properly.APU rotor accelerated slowly,and exhaust temperature increased quickly.After analysis and troubleshooting,the hydraulic motor was considered to be malfunction,which directly caused the starting failure.After changing the hydraulic motor,APU started successfully and the working parameters returned to normal.
