摘  要:现有恒扭矩装备及矿用离心式负载调速技术中变频器谐波干扰严重,液力偶合器故障率相对较高,本文通过对比传统调速技术及永磁调速技术,得到永磁偶合器在调速传动领域具有明显优势。并通过对比不同类型永磁偶合器工作原理及各自优势,确定适用于不同工况的永磁偶合器类型。永磁偶合器以其高精实时调速优势,不仅能降低传动系统故障率,保障煤机装备可靠运行,还能避免节流损失,节能降耗,具有广阔应用前景。In the existing constant torque equipment and mining centrifugal load speed regulation technology,the harmonic interference of the inverter is serious and the failure rate of the fluid coupling is relatively high.This paper compares the traditional speed regulation technology and the permanent magnet speed regulation technology to obtain the permanent magnet.The coupling has obvious advantages in the field of speed-regulating transmission.And by comparing the working principle and advantages of different types of permanent magnet couplings,the types of permanent magnet couplings suitable for different working conditions are determined.Permanent magnet couplings have the advantages of high-precision real-time speed regulation,which can not only reduce the transmission system failure rate,ensure the reliable operation of coal machine equipment,but also avoid throttling losses,save energy and reduce consumption,and have broad application prospects.
