摘　　要：东风4DD内燃机车是兖州矿区煤炭外运的主要动力,机车的运用状态关系到企业的直接经济效益,而内燃机车的电空接触器出现故障将直接影响机车的正常运用,电空接触器密封组件的研制,在密封组件的设计、材料选择、加工、安装、破坏性试验及运用环节充分考虑电空接触器驱动装置密封组件的性能要求,有利于解决机车现用的电空接触器皮碗故障较多的不利因素,延长机车的使用时间,并降低机车在正常运用中的故障率及检修成本,节约了材料费用,保证机车动力及运用安全。Dongfeng 4 DD diesel locomotive is the main driving force for coal transportation in Yanzhou mining area.The operating status of the locomotive is related to the direct economic benefits of the enterprise,and the failure of the electric air contactor of the diesel locomotive will directly affect the normal operation of the locomotive.The research and development of the seal assembly fully considers the performance requirements of the seal assembly of the electro-pneumatic contactor driving device in the design,material selection,processing,installation,destructive test and application of the seal assembly,which is helpful to solve the current electro-pneumatic contactor skin of the locomotive Disadvantageous factors such as bowl failures prolong the use time of the locomotive,reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of the locomotive in normal operation,save material costs,and ensure the power and safety of the locomotive.
