摘　　要：月经病血证在妇科临床发病率较高,包括月经先期、月经过多、经期延长、经间期出血、崩漏等,其多发生于青春期和绝经过渡期女性。全国名中老医杜惠兰教授治疗月经病血证临床经验丰富,尤其重视青春期少女血证,强调青春期脏器清灵,肾气方盛,天癸初至,冲任未实,月经病血证治疗用药宜轻剂灵活,依证疏、清、调治之,忌见血止血,忌过用苦寒,忌大剂壅补。Blood syndrome and Emmeniopathy has higher morbidity in gynecology,including preceded menstrual cycle,hypermenorrhea,menostaxis,intermenstrual bleeding,metrorrhagia.It is more common in adolescent and menopausal women.DU Huilan who is a national famous physician of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has rich clinical experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases,especially for the adolescent girls’blood syndrome.She emphasizes that visceras are still delicate,kidney Qi is just filling up,menses has just arrived,and the two meridians of ChongRen are not so well-developed at the period of adolescent,so the treatment medications should be as far as light and flexible,according to dialectical to dredge,relieve internal heat,or recuperate,and try to abstain from blind bleeding,excessive use of bitter cold drugs and large agent tonifying.
