采用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture on spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:The computer searched a randomized controlled trial published in the main database using a needle knife to treat spastic hemiplegia. Two researchers independently conducted literature search and screening, and extracted data and evaluated the quality of the finally included literature.Use RevMan5.3 for Meta analysis. Results:A total of 8 articles were included, with a total of 690 patients.Meta analysis results showed that the needle knife was better than the control group in improving the clinical spasm index(CSI)and the simple motor function rating scale(Fugl-Meyer score,FMA),and was better than the control group in terms of total effectiveness(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of spastic hemiplegia can improve spasticity and improve clinical efficacy. However, due to the low overall quality of the included literature, the conclusion needs to be further confirmed.
