中药配合刮痧疗法治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散配合铜砭刮痧疗法肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综征(CFS)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的60例CFS患者,按随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予口服逍遥散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合铜砭刮痧疗法治疗,2组疗程均为28天。观察治疗前后疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平的变化,并比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM测定值均高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:铜砭刮痧疗法配合逍遥散治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综征疗效显著,可有效改善患者疲劳状态,并可有效调节免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with Copper-plate scrapping therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:60 patients with CFS who met the standard were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Each group had 30 cases.The control group was treated with oral Xiaoyao powder.The observation group combined with copper stone scraping therapy Treatment,both courses of treatment were 28 days.Observe the changes of fatigue scale-14 (FS-14) scores,immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM levels before and after treatment,and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,higher than that in the control group 73.3% (P<0.05).The post-treatment fatigue scale-14 (FS-14) scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the measured values of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,and IgM in the two groups were higher than those in the same group (P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Copper-plate scrapping therapy combined with Xiaoyao powder has significant curative effect on chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,which can effectively improve the patient’s fatigue state,and can effectively adjust the level of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM.It is worthy of clinical application.
