复方苦参洗剂冲洗联合雷火灸治疗会阴侧切术口愈合不良  

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Poor Healing of Perineal Lateral Incision with Compound Kushen Lotion Rinse and Thunder-fire Moxibustion

摘　　要：目的:复方苦参洗剂冲洗联合雷火灸治疗治疗会阴侧切术口愈合不良的愈合临床效果。方法:将符合标准的阴道分娩会阴侧切术口愈合不良的产妇125例随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组62例予高锰酸钾溶液1:5000坐浴会阴切口,结合硫酸镁湿敷,远红外线照射会阴术口;试验组63例予复方苦参冲洗会阴,后予雷火灸悬灸会阴切口2。观察2组会阴术口达甲级愈合所需的时间、总有效率、总满意率及切口疼痛、红肿、分泌物、影响哺乳及大小便等因素。结果:试验组会阴术口甲级愈合所需时间 (6.35±2.56)d,优于对照组(10.55±2.75)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组会阴术口治疗有效率 (92.06%)高于对照组(79.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组会阴术口治疗总满意率 (93.65%)高于对照组(83.87%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参洗剂冲洗联合雷火灸治疗会阴术口愈合不良,有效缓解产妇会阴术口疼痛、水肿程度,减少术口分泌物,缩短术口愈合时间,促进会阴术口愈合。Objective:The clinical effect of compound Kushen lotion rinse combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of poor healing of perineal side incision.Method:Randomly divide 125 cases of women with poorly healed mouth after perineal side incision of vaginal delivery meeting the standard into a control group and a test group.62 cases of control group were treated with potassium permanganate solution 1:5000 sitting perineal incision,combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress,Far infrared irradiated perineum;63 patients in the experimental group were given compound Kushen to rinse the perineum,and then thunder-fire moxibustion suspension moxibustion perineal incision 2.Observe the time,total effective rate,total satisfaction rate,incision pain,redness,secretion,and other factors affecting breastfeeding and urination in the 2 groups of perineal surgery.Results:The time required for grade A healing of perineal opening in the test group (6.35±2.56) days was better than that in the control group (10.55±2.75) days,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(92.06%) was higher than the control group (79.03%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of perineal surgery mouth treatment in the test group (93.65%) was higher than the control group (83.87%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Kushen lotion washing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion treats poor perineal opening healing,effectively relieves the pain and edema of the perineal opening,reduces the secretion of the surgical opening,shortens the healing time of the surgical opening,and promotes the healing of the perineal opening.
