归芪消疹汤联合穴位埋线治疗原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹

摘　　要：目的:观察归芪消疹汤联合穴位埋线治疗原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:120例入选患者随机分为3组各40例,治疗组予口服归芪消疹汤及穴位埋线治疗,对照组1仅予口服归芪消疹汤,对照组2予口服盐酸左西替利嗪片及盐酸赛庚啶片,均连续治疗29d,于治疗第30d评定疗效及治疗结束后第90d随访。观察其疗效、复发及不良反应。结果:治疗组的总有效率、复发率、不良反应率分别为87.5%、17.14%、7.5%;对照组1分别为67.5%、48.15%、7.5%;对照组2分别为65%、57.69%、12.5%。治疗组与各对照组比较在症状总积分(P<0.01)、总有效率(P<0.05)、复发率(P<0.01)上,差异均有统计学意义;三组在不良反应率(P>0.05)上,差异均无统计学意义。结论:归芪消疹汤联合穴位埋线治疗原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹疗效更好,复发率更低。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Guiqi Xiaozhen decoction combined with acupoint catgut embolization on primary acquired cold urticaria.Methods:120 enrolled patients were randomly divided into 3 groups of 40 cases each.The treatment group was given oral Guiqi Xiaozhen decoction and acupoint embedding therapy,the control group 1 was given oral Guiqi Xiaozhen decoction only,and the control group 2 was given oral Levocetirizine Hydrochloride tablets and Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride tablets were treated continuously for 29 days,and the efficacy was evaluated on the 30th day of treatment and followed up on the 90th day after treatment.Observe its efficacy,recurrence and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the treatment group were 87.5%,17.14% and 7.5%;the control group 1 was 67.5%,48.15% and 7.5%;the control group 2 was 65% and 57.69% respectively,12.5%.Compared with the control groups,the treatment group had statistically significant differences in the total symptom score (P<0.01),total effective rate (P<0.05),and recurrence rate (P<0.01);the three groups had an adverse reaction rate (P>0.05),the differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Guiqi Xiaozhen decoction combined with catgut embedding at acupoints has better curative effect on primary acquired cold urticaria and lower recurrence rate.
