摘  要:工业领域中存在大量相互接触的金属柱状部件,检测其接触区域关键力学指标对安全生产具有重要意义。针对检测相互的接触金属柱面力学指标提出了一种超声导波检测技术,用以解决部件接触部位应力大小不可测或难以精确测量的问题。建立两根轴线相交接触的铁铬合金杆为模型,依据Hertz接触理论计算不同加载力下作用下接触应力大小,采用脉冲回波法进行实验,采集随加载力变化的超声回波信号,对其进行渡越时间算法处理,获取超声导波传输时差,绘制声速平方增量与加载力、声速平方增量与接触应力、传输时差增量与加载力三组函数曲线,并对函数关系进行拟合与线性度评述。在材料弹性形变内建立超声参量与加载力、接触应力之间函数关系。最终通过获取超声导波传输时差标定出当前加载力、接触应力等关键力学数据。In the field of metal columnar components in a large number of mutual contact and aerospace,It is important to test the key mechanical indexes of the contact area for safe production.In this paper,an ultrasonic guided wave detection technique is proposed to detect the mutual contact metal cylinder mechanical index,which is used to solve the problem that the stress of the contact part of the component is unmeasurable or difficult to measure accurately.An iron-chromium alloy rod with two axes in contact with each other is established as a model.According to the Hertz contact theory,the contact stress under different loading forces is calculated.The pulse echo method is used to carry out the experiment,and the ultrasonic echo signal with the loading force is collected.The transit time algorithm is processed to obtain the ultrasonic guided wave transmission time difference,and the three sets of function curves of the squared increase of sound velocity and the loading force,the squared increment of sound velocity and the contact stress,the increment of transmission time difference and the loading force are plotted,and the function relationship is fitted.Comment with linearity.The relationship between ultrasonic parameters and loading force and contact stress is established in the elastic deformation of the material.Finally,by obtaining the ultrasonic guided wave transmission time difference,the key mechanical data such as current loading force and contact stress can be inverted according to the above functional relationship.
