摘 要:针对电源产品端口直流电阻测量时间长、偏置电压不可控等问题,提出一种电源端口直流电阻快速测量方法。首先搭建电路模型进行了仿真,并对该电路模型与其他直流电阻测量方法进行对比分析,仿真结果显示:在端口电阻10kΩ,并联电容4700μF条件下,直流电阻测量稳定时间仅需2.4ms,远快于其他测量方式。在仿真的基础上进行了电路软硬件设计并制作了实际电路,采用电路测量典型DC/DC电源项目端口电阻的试验结果表明:该电路特别适用于电源直流电阻快速测量,提高端口直流电阻测试效率约5~50倍;电路具有多个量程使得测量结果准确稳定,并且偏置电压可调能有效防止器件过压损伤,很适合在电源相关领域的生产测试环境中应用,具有较高的创新性以及重要应用价值。As for the problems of long measurement time and uncontrollable bias voltage of DC-DC converter port DC resistance,a fast measuring method was proposed.At first,the circuit model was built and simulated,comparing with other DC resistance measurement methods.The simulation results showed that under the typical conditions of port resistance 10kΩand parallel capacitance 4700μF,the DC resistance measurement stabilization time only took 2.4ms,much faster than other measurement methods.Based on the simulation,the circuit’s hardware and software were designed and developed.Using the circuit to measure a series of typical DC-DC converters’port resistance,the results show that the circuit is particularly suitable for the rapid measurement of the DC resistance of DC-DC converters and improve the efficiency of test by about 5~50times;the circuit characteristic is that multiple ranges make the measurement results accurate and stable,and the adjustable bias voltage can effectively prevent the DUT from overvoltage damage.The circuit is very suitable for the production test environment of the power supply related fields and has relatively innovative application value.
