摘  要:研究不同激素种类的不同浸种浓度及不同浸种时间处理对百合花杜鹃种子萌发的影响,期待找到最佳的促进其种子萌发的处理方式。结果表明:GA3的处理浓度为800mg/l时,发芽率和发芽势最大,与对照处理的差异显著,且发芽率明显高于其它两种处理;GA3和6-B A浸种时,随着浸种时间延长,促进萌发的效果越显著,而N A A则是浸种时间越长,种子萌发率越低。In order to find the best way to promote the germination of Rhododendron Lilium seeds, the effects of different hormone concentration and immersion time on seed germination of Rhododendron liliiflorum were studied. The results showed that when the concentration of GA3 was 800 mg/l,the germination rate and germination potential were highest, and compared with the contrast,the difference was significant, and the germination rate was significantly higher than the other two treatments. When GA3 and 6-BA were immersed, the longer the immersion time, the more significant the effect of promoting germination, while NAA was that the longer the immersion time, the lower the germination rate.
